How quickly can we get going?+
Most clients are set up within a week. After a short discovery call we connect to your software, agree the scope, and start your first weekly cycle.
Do I need to switch accounting software?+
No. We work in Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks. If you're not set up yet, we'll help you choose without making the software the whole story.
What if my books are a mess?+
That's common and completely fine. We start with a catch-up and clean-up so you're square, then keep you current every week.
Pricing
How does pricing work?+
Fixed monthly pricing based on the scope you need. You'll know the number before you commit — no hourly surprises.
Are there lock-in contracts?+
No lock-in. We earn your business every month. You can adjust or pause your plan with reasonable notice.
What's not included?+
We're bookkeeping specialists, not tax agents. We prepare clean books and workpapers, and hand off to your accountant for tax returns and advice.

How do you keep my data secure?+
We use bank-grade encrypted connections and reputable cloud accounting platforms. Your data is never printed, posted or left on a laptop.

Yes, closely. Clean books make their job easier and your fees lower. We prepare handovers in the format they prefer.
